Join us on June 28th for our last Sourdough class of the season! To celebrate summer, we'll host it outside under our carport with cozy lighting, snacks, drinks, and music. It’s sure to be a fun experience! Here are the details:
When you sign up, you'll get everything to start your sourdough journey: a starter in a glass jar, a banneton basket, a lame, a thermometer, a scale, a bench scraper, a dough whisk, a mixing bowl, an info packet, and dough in your banneton to bake the next day!
During the class, I'll explain what a sourdough starter is, how to care for it, and the difference between active starter and discard. I'll also cover various methods for making sourdough bread so you can pick what works best for your schedule.
