Hello, I'm Kristin, the owner of Fields + Flour, an organic sourdough micro-bakery nestled in Alabama. I'm thrilled to extend a warm invitation to you for a Sourdough 101 class.
This event will be hosted by Brittney Marschall and Ashley Hall on March 22, 2025.
In this hands-on class, you'll have the opportunity to learn the secrets of creating and maintaining a healthy sourdough starter, mastering the art of kneading and shaping dough, and understanding the intricacies of the fermentation process. Whether you're a seasoned baker or a complete novice, this class promises to be an enriching and enjoyable experience for all.
Join us for a day filled with flour-dusted fun, laughter, and the heavenly aroma of freshly baked sourdough!
